Returns & Exchanges

At Skall Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
